Kim, together with her husband Marc, owns and operates the Monarchs organization. The 2026 season will mark their 17th year with the Monarchs. With two championships and multiple league titles, Kim looks forward to what the upcoming season will bring to Hutchinson and the Monarchs.

She continues to support the Monarchs team, the Jayhawk Collegiate Baseball League, and NBC Baseball in numerous ways. Her goal each year is for the young men who play for the Monarchs organization to look back and say, “Playing baseball in Hutchinson was the best summer of my life.”  The Monarchs organization is truly a labor of love and a family affair for Marc and Kim.
