I am entering my fourth year as Head Coach for the Hutchinson Monarchs, while previously serving two seasons as an Assistant.

As head coach, we have claimed the league title twice and have been NBC World Series Champions twice (2023, 2025) and NBC WS Runner-Up in 2024.
As an Assistant for Hutch, we claimed the Sunflower League Championship and made two appearances in the NBC World Series.

Prior to joining the Monarch’s coaching staff, I spent one summer as an assistant for the Derby Twins, also in the Jayhawk Collegiate League.

I am also entering my third season at Wichita Collegiate HS as an assistant coach.
From 2015-2018, I spent four seasons as an Assistant Coach at El Dorado High School in El Dorado, KS.

My playing career started at Pratt Community College (KS) where I pitched under former Hutchinson Community College Head Coach, Ryan Schmidt. After two years at PCC, I transferred to Emporia State University where I pitched for three years under Head Coach, Bob Fornelli, and
was a part of the NCAA Division 2 National Runner-Up Team in 2009. In 2010, I received MIAA Academic All-Conference Honors.

I played my final two summers of collegiate baseball for the Hutchinson Monarchs.  Including being a part of their inaugural season in 2009.

My first coaching experience came in 2009 and 2010 as an assistant coach for the American Legion team out of Pratt, KS. As an assistant, we secured a State Runner-Up (‘09), State Championship (‘10) and a Midwest Regional Runner-Up (‘10).
In 2011, while playing my Senior year at Emporia State University, I was able to complete an Internship as a Student Assistant Coach under Coach Fornelli.

We now reside in Wichita, KS, where both my wife, Tiffany, and I work at Wichita Collegiate School. We have two boys Kyler (8) and Easton (5).
